ADT2006: Sheet Numbers in Sheet Index generated via Sheet List Table incorrect

We're experiencing some technical difficulties using the Sheet Index. This is our first project, and includes over 50 files so far. See attached image.

I thought it had to do with some kind if illegal character (like a comma), but that doesn't seem to be the case.
