Dock Tool Palettes bar on the right and flyout to the left?

Can't you just move it? If you are using 2006 or 2007, make sure palettes are not locked (Set LOCKUI to 0)

I'm using 2004. I can move it but don't know how to change it's behavior.

Actually I don't care about the docking part...I just want to switch the side the flyout "flys" to.

When you move it to the right, it should "flip" and flyout to the left once you get it far enough to the right.

After re-reading your original post, do you want it to "dock" AND "flyout"? Can't be done until 2007 version. You can either DOCK IT -or- FLOAT IT and let it flyout.
