How to create an Automated Drawing?

I need some advice on how to create an automated drawing. I have an excel spread sheet that generates all of my dimensions to create a lining for a cone. I have to draw a flat view of the cone showing the tile arrangement based on the info provided by excel. Is there a way yo create a drawing from my excel sheet? The excel sheet determines how many rows I need and the top and bottom width of the tile along with the side angles.

I know all the math behind the drawing I just don't know how to get AutoCAD to prompt me for the info.

With the information from your spreadsheet, how would you manually create the drawing? List those steps in a form of pseudo code. You can then use those steps to automate it.

Within your pseudo code, the more detail you provide now, the easier the code will be to convert to VBA code.
