Okay. I finally got back to this.
See the attached file.
This file, when saved in any version from R14 to A2007, causes the message about Modeller dlls being loaded to be displayed both in A2006* and A2007 but not in R14 and only when no modelling has been done in the same session (naturally).
* not when in A2007 format of course.
