Inserting into Paperspace, I get different scaled Objects.

I cant figure out why when inserting into PS on different dwgs, I get a different scaled object. Even though I am inserting the same object into different dwgs. Sometimes I will have to insert and then scale the object up to like 12. Or, at others time I will insert that same object and it comes in at 1=1. Any ideas will be appreciated.
