Are Tool Palettes much different in AutoCAD 2007, compared with AutoCAD 2005 and 2006

we want to put all our block on toolpalettes.

We work with 2005/2006 for the moment.
Are there big differences with 2007?
Should i better wait until updated to 2007 before creating all the palettes?

There are not any major changes that i have seen. But when i loaded '07 i went ahead and remade my Pallettes just so i could get a fresh start.
