Be Able to Snap to the Center of an Obround (Slot)
Summary: Be able snap to the center of an slot and use it for dimensioning
Description: Dimension snap to center of obround feature.
How Used: Dimensioning obrounds is very difficult as now implemented. The snap-to features will not find the geometric center of an obround.
