Default Layer Manager to delete multiple layer states

Summary: The ability to delete multiple layer states at one time in layer manager

Description: I would like layer manager to allow multiple deleting of layer states

How Used: i would use it to delete multiple layer states in express tools INSTEAD of deleting 1 at a time... cdg purge 4.0 does this but i can not get it on any place. Why can't cad just fix the lman to do it?

I totally agree especially since autocad copies all layer states from other dwgs if you copy an item from that dwg.

    Hi

As far as I know ( therefore I could be totally wrong, happens all the time ), the last AutoCAD release to have that particular behaviour was AutoCAD 2002.

I seriously doubt any work will be done on LMAN.

The Layer specific express tools were migrated into AutoCAD and AutoCAD already has it's own layer states manager.

In the AutoCAD Layer States Manger, you can delete multiple layer states.

I'm not sure why LMAN is even still included. It's only accessible from the command prompt, it's not in the pull-down or toolbars.
