Center Doors / Windows on Insertion

Is it possible to have a window / door / opening center on insertion? I know after its there I can right click and use the AEC center command, and that I can set the offset from edge using the dynamic input, so it makes sense that it can be centered while inserting the object.

Hi Chad,

when you insert a window or door, etc, the properties palette should automatically open. When it does scan down to the bottom and under the heading 'Location' should be an option called 'Position along wall' - then select constrained/centre, automatic offset should then appear which allows you to automatically position a certain distance along a wall or centre it.

Although the AEC centre commansd is pretty cool - I only discovered that one a few weeks ago. So are the AEC trim, merge etc when using the detail componant manager tools.
