Default Viewport scale changes after using Maximise Viewport facility

In LT 2007 when using the maximise viewport facility, if I then go back to paper space the viewport scale has changed. The viewport scale is locked, so it should remain as it was.

Has anybody else had trouble with this? LT 2006 worked fine, but this would appear to be a bug in 2007.

This has just happened again, but also all the linetype scales went completely mental too.

    Can anybody please help?!

It's now happened in a totally un-related drawing from previously.

    Hi

Have you had a look through...

Floating Viewport (Paperspace / Layout) automatically Zoom Extents when made active

    +

Maybe tried plugging the following ( or similar ) search criteria into the forum search facility...

    Key Word(s): Viewport + Scale + *Lock*

    Have a good one, Mike

I finally have the solution - make sure that you can see the whole viewport before maximising it, otherwise the scale resets itself to the relative scale on the screen.
