Allow Creation of New Columns in the Control Center

Summary: Allow creation of new columns in the Control Center and be able to map the to iProperties

Description: I would like to create a new column in CC and map it to IV11 iproperites "Description" as I was able to do in IV10.

How Used: Placing from CC would always populate my Parts list with the correct information. Instead of entering it every time.
