dynamic block to scale by viewport when loaded

Is there a way to load a dynamic block to a sheet to the viewport scale?
So when it plots it is the right text hight and size.
I really don't want to write program to do this it would be nice to load from the tool Palette

i do all my annotation in the layout itself to avoid this problem.

There's nothing for viewport scale, but if you use tool palettes, then you can configure the block tool to scale by either DIMSCALE or the Plot Scale (as defined in the page layout). Just set the "Auxiliary Scale" property of the tool in the Tool Palette.
