Default Defining a Range of Motion in constraints

Summary: Be able to define limits in constraints to control motion

Description: Ability to define a range of values for a constraint.

How Used: When designing machinery parts often have a limited range of motion. It would be very helpful to be able to define that in a constraint.

    Feature Affinity: Assemblies
