Default AutoCAD 2004 and Windows 2000

    Hi all,

I've given a user a new PC Upgrade in hardware OS the same. His old PC was NT4 upgraded to Windows 2000, the new machine is pure Win2K.

All the application start when he logs in apart from AutoCAD. It still has all the references to C:......WINNTProfiles.. and his new machine should have the paths stored in C:\Documents and Settings<User Name>.............

If I delete the HKCUSoftwareAutodesk key AutoCAD throws a wobbly and doesn't start.

What's the best way to get round this problem? Uninstall it on his old PC and then login to the new one and start AutoCAD. Changing all the reg keys by hand?

    Thanks in advance.

    Robert
