    Default rotate rectilinearly

I have had these really simple rotate lisp routines I wrote for a while now. Many times I just want to quickly rotate an object 90 degrees in one direction or the other or want to flip the direction of a line. These three lisp routines do that. Nothing that complicated, but they have saved me a lot of time. I hope they help others out as well.

Sometimes the simple ideas are the best ideas.

I could see this being very useful even though you can quickly
rotate an object 90 degrees by turning on ortho.

Your routines are still going to be faster.
