Control for Autohide time

Summary: The ability to set the amount of time the elapses before a window/pallette autohides

Description: Control the time for the side "screen pallettes and xref window" to go away (auto hide).

How Used: Current setting is kind of causing some "road rage" around here....people yelling "go away" all the time!
