    Lightbulb Speed up windows: MENUSHOWDELAY

    ok folks,

'cause we are all sharing here: this is one of my all time favourites: MENUSHOWDELAY

As you scroll through the menu of "START" there is a little delay before the next menu pops out.
Well just get into the windows registry (=regedit) and search for "menushowdelay"

    \HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop

and change the initial value of 400 to 0 (miliseconds)

offcourse you'll have to boot up your computer again. But hold on to your chair 'cause the startmenu is flying on lightspeed

    have fun

You can also set this in the "Mouse" section of Tweak UI if you have it.

If you don't have it, you can get it here:

It might be in the Windows PowerToys Advanced UI program too. I'll have to look when I get home.
