    Default No Snaps

I am having trouble with not having any snaps...
I read the post about removing the Acad.mun and just use the ADT.mnu
However that does not work for me.
I still do not have snaps.???
Does anyone have a different Idea as to what is going on.
I am using ADT 2005 with Windows NT...

Can you give us an example of what you mean?

Do you mean you don't have and can't get running osnaps?

You can get an object snap on the fly like shift+rclick on mouse?

    Snapmode (F9)?

I do not have any Snaps....
They are on just do not work
You may see the marker appear for a split sec. then it disappears.

    I'm stumped.

You mean you're working along, you have some running osnaps set, you hover near an object (within a command) and see an osnap marker briefly but it goes away and you cant get it back and it won't snap to an object?

I haven't ever had a problem when both ACAD.cui and ADT.cui were loaded simultaneously.

However, make sure that NONE of the Refedit toolbars are selected. That is when I had problems similar to yours.

The first thing I would suspect, and Ted already mentioned this, is that snap (to grid) is on (Snapmode = 1). Try setting Snapmode to 0 if it isn't already.
