Default Best practices for installing AutoCAD folders on a network?

What is the best practice for installing Autocad folders on a network? We want to minimize maintenance on each pc but maintain speed. Any suggestions?

All our shared stuff (libraries, printers, etc.) are on a server.Everything is there, managed through a specific profile at installation.
