Copying Layer Keys?

ADT 2006 - in the style manager, there is an option to copy a selected key, or copy all - but no option to paste a key. is there a way to just copy and paste, other than drag-n-drop?

I think you're stuck with Drag N Drop, but I'm no expert on Layer Keys.

maybe im not seeing the big picture, but whats the point of being able to copy a key then?

You can paste them into other applications, such as Excel, for documentation purposes. Richard Binning had posted some VBA routines that allowed the copying of Layer Keys between Layer Key Styles - search his blog - http://www.integr-8.com/besidethecursor/ - for Layer Key and you should find a number of articles with links to the files.
