Default How to load Vault with AutoCAD 2007

What do you have to do to load VAULT with AutoCAD 2007? I thought it would load with the basic install?

You should just be able to install, create the vault...If you open Acad07, you will be able to check in drawings...You can check them in from vault and that is faster, but if you want to add comments or somesuch, the comments are updated to all drawings you import at once, not by drawings in the selection...I hope this helps...

Forgive me...You need to be on subscription to get Vault 5...You also have to download it from the subscription website...

Can't argut with that ...The flash that they always have is cool, but it takes a while to load if you have a slower connection...

I am going through the Autodesk Official Training Courseware and they have a chapter on Vault - you know what, they don't mention how to load it at all. They say go to the File>Vault to get it to run. This is just not right!

Off to the website to be able to do this. Wonder how I am supposed to get all the classroom computers to run this if they just use the NFR software to do the classes????
