When opening DWG files message asks - Customization file to load

I just noticed this problem yesterday afternoon, but it is really annoying. I am using C3D2006, and when a drawing loads, it asks for a customization file to load. I have a workspace defined and have made changes to the default cui, but this is the first time this has happened in about 2 months of using it.

Sounds like you have a corrupt CUI file that it's trying to load.
