Can't get attribute to rotate in dynamic block

I am trying to create a dynamic block for a doortag. One of the action I want the block to do is rotate. But when I create the rotation parameter and select the objects I want to rotate (attribute & the tage outline) I get the following message "1 unlock AttDef filtered from selection".

Basically AutoCAD will not allow me to add the attribute to the rotation set. Any ideas?

check the 'lock location' property for the attribute

check the 'lock location' property for the attribute

It was set to 'no" I changed it to 'yes' and everything works fine now. Thanks.
