Plot Preview is fine but plot is not

Hi,
I am at a loss as to what else I should try to fix this problem.
I have an A4 landscape title block set up so that when I print on A4 scale 1:1 it fits on the page perfectly.
When I print to pdf it is fine.
When I print to my printer the print preview shows it fine, but when I actually print it out the print margin is so big on the right hand side that it doesn't print all of the title block.
I have "centre plot" checked and it is in the centre, so it prints aligned nicely down the left of the page and looks like it fits fine down the right side also but for some reason when it gets to the right side it stops leaving my titleblock unfinished and leaves a white strip of unprinted paper.
I am guessing this is a printer setting and not a CAD setting as the plot preview shows fine.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

Play with the origin is the best that you can do, click center plot first, then change as needed. The other option is make a PDF first then plot the PDF. But it sounds like your plotter, for reference what plotter do you have?

The plotter is an HP Office jet 9100 Series.
