    Default Mtext Grips Messed Up

I'm sure this is some variable that I'm forgetting, but here's the issue:
A coworker is having difficulty with his MTEXT grips. Rather than a grip at each of the four corners, he is seeing just one grip at the upper left (probably where his justification is).
    Any ideas?

Sorry, all, should've just popped on Google first...found the solution right away with a quick search.

But FYI, for anyone else looking for the solution:

"MText object with a zero width value (which disables word-wrapping) will show
only one grip (at the insertion point). You can enable all grips by changing
    the width value.
