Ability to Modify CC Parts

Summary: Be able to modify CC parts.

Description: I would like to have content generate parts that are editable.

How Used: Lots of times the content parts are very near to the part that I really need, but just miss the mark in some detail. To be able to modify these as regular parts would save countless hours.

We intended to satisfy this need in R11 with the ability to retrieve parts from CC "as Custom". This creates an editable part on your local disk. As part of the retrieval of the member, user is asked to rename the component, since it will be different from the one issued by the standard.
