Elevated slab display - ADT 2006

I have created elevated slabs as ceilings, and have different styles based on height and material. These are clean room walkable ceilings, so I have a few unique display configurations. For the above ceiling plan, I have designated as an interstitial configuration. This works as expected, with the cut plane above the ceiling and the hatches appearing as expected.

The rub comes with the reflected display configuration. I suppose that the program does not actually present a reflected view of the bottom of the slab, and that is my problem. None of the hatches appear with the reflected configuration, although slab edges do appear.

The ceiling does have a grid, but that will be determined by the vendor. Therefore, I do not want to show this ceiling as a grid. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Have you resolved the issue? I am here searching for similar. Added lights but could not figure out how to have the 2d of wiring and receptacles show on the same plot.
