Subdivide a parcel of land/lot

Hello everyone,

I need help for a lisp that can create equal lots or blocks on a parcel of land to be subdivided
no matter what area would come out as long as it is equal. I'm using Autocad 2006 and I don't know land dsktop.

What is your budget? You may be able to find a freebie lisp/vba routine, but what you are asking for is included in professional programs like Land Desktop, SurvCADD, Eagle Point, etc. and therefore there isn't much need for someone to create freebies.
