AutoCAD 2005 - How to transfer tool palette groups

I'm still running on ac 2005 - and want to set up a toolpalet structure for more or less 100 users. I already made some basic structure with toolpalet groups. Now on ac2005 it is possible to export a toolpalet tab and insert that on another computer. But I have many tabs for many users. Ac2005 cannot export a toolpalet group (but ac 2006 can).

Another more interesting way is to link every computer to a central toolpalet folder path. you can set this option from the autocad options file paths. When each computer contains that path, the toolpalets are imported onto all computers. BUT, the toolpalet groups are missing. So does anyone knows where autocad 2005 writes or saves the info on toolpalet groups? For so far i checked, it is not into the menufile, at least could find it at first sight. If i only could find out how the groups are remembered, i might roll out that information too.
