In Design Center I am unable to convert a folder into a Tool Palette content

In design center I am unable to make a folder into a palette. The tab shows up but the contents will not transfer. I can however transfer the contents into previously created palettes. I am currently working on a station where I do not have administrator rights could this be the issue??

This could be possible as it might be blocking you creating the things. As a rule you should be on as a power user. Your IT department might not like to give adim rights out unless you are 'one of them', but for cad to function properly you really need to have more access to your own machine.

have you trieid transfering the files through anoter lokation, like windows explorer or from within the autocad drawing itself??

might be that you don't hace write acces to tool palette file lokation.
