Question Insert Block, allow user to enter data, then have the data placed in a Table

Is it possible to have a block that the user can enter data when place and then have this placed in a table?

I have a block that has several look-ups, I want one to allow the user to place alpha-numeric ID in. It would be the Hanger ID in the attached file.
