Can anyone tell me what the following sybols are depicting on a power distribution drawing;

Them thar is Distribution Boards, from left to right; Main Dis Bd, Essental Services Dis Bd, General Purpose Dis Bd.

That's no problem, bear in mind though that different companies use different symbols to denote different things, the symbols used in your example are fairly common, but you should contact the originator of the drawing and ask for a symbols sheet to make sure.
