    Default Lot Coverage

Is it possible to do a lot coverage schedule combining your gross building areas against your site square footage? I would like to express this in a schedule. Is this doable? If not, would it be best to just create some calculated values to accomplish this?

    Thanks

If you put a pad(s) under your building, and it's size equals the gross building footprint, you can do a topo schedule that will report out the topo projected area and the building pad area.

That's a good idea. I'll try that. For the meantime, I went ahead and created a property lines schedule, threw the area parameter in there and made a calculated value for Gross Building Areas, so you have to fill it out in the schedule yourself, but the result gives a percentage just like I needed. It would be nice to have it linked like you suggested though. Thanks!
