I think I found a couple at revitcity....a school bus and pub transit one. They are essentially 3D DWG's though, so they only look right when you render them.
There should be a few on the website as well....I have a few in my library, so if they are not there I can probably post them here.
Let me know what kind of bus and I can post it here..as I have no clue where I got all the ones I have in my library....

If you don't mind they are not parametric, you can download "thousands" of them for free at http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/ and import into a Revit family. They are all sketchup models...

I agree with Audre. If there is no need to have parameters, or BIM embedded in the bus model. Then use something easy for the rendering.
If you're working on a bus depot. and need to know the amount of exhaust coming out of the tailpipe for ventilation requirements. That's a completely different animal. I have started embedding the heat generating potential of equipment in my models, so the Mechanical Engineer can just look at my model.
Again, if this is just for a rendering, use something from sketchup or 3-D cadd.
Best of luck,
Jeff S.
Try this one.... I used it for a bus wash I did in Revit last year...
