Is ther a way to generate points for your parcel corners?

you betcha!

Pop up the create points tool bar an choose Automatic from the left most pull down menu. One of the items you're prompted to pick is a lot lines .... aka, parcel segment.

If and when you get tired of supplying a name for each point, you can edit the command settings for point creation to either not prompt for the name at all or to do automatic naming.
