changing sheet names not refreshing

It seems I'm missing something simple but when I right click on a sheet and choose rename & renumber, then change the sheet name & number, it shows the correct name & number in the project navigator but when I open the drawing the old name appears on the title bar. Even after I refresh the project.

Check your Field Update Settings, in the options, User Preferences tab, click on the Field Update Settings button. See if they are checked on.
