XP Pro + ADT

I currently have ADT 3.3 loaded on an XP Pro stand-alone machine. I have just installed ADT 2005. When I double-click the icon I get the following message:

acad.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000034). Click on OK to terminate the application. See attachment.

I click OK and nothing happens. Has anyone seen this error and is there a fix for it?

PS I did try using the Licence Manager RTS Update that I found in the Knowledge Base. This didn't make any differenece.

As you're running and Autodesk 2005 (or 2004) product have you tried the following -

Error Reporting utility let's you send in reports to Autodesk if AutoCAD crashes. Do it and make the next Service Pack or Release more stable. If AutoCAD ends unexpectedly, and the Error Report message is not displayed, make sure the REPORTERROR system variable is set to 1.
