Make objects parallel.

Need option to pick a grid line or any other object for that matter, than say “make parallel to xyz” than pick other grid/object or grids/objects to make them parallel with first grid/object. It would be just a derivative of Align command but keeping objects parallel to reference object not align to it.

Make perpendicular is needed is well. In addition to model objects and grids both parallel and perpendicular should allow selecting section and elevations view tags.
