Summary: The ability to edit page setups for multiple layouts

Description: The ability to edit page settings for multiple layouts. Once the page settings dialog is open the user should be able to replicate settings for other existing paperspace tabs, and be able to switch between tabs without having to exit the settings dialog and then clicking on a different tab to make it current prior to being able to access the page setup dialog box.

How Used: Less duplicate setup work. When receiving a drawing with a lot of layouts (tabs) the user could select multiple tabs and change the default printer, pen table, etc. without the need to exit change to the next tab and then repeat the previous steps for each individual tab.
