ADT 2006. I enter my keynote data in sentence format yet the keynote list is in uppercase. How can I change this to show the keynote text as typed?
Thanks.
I use ABS so I'm not sure this will work the same but i think if you double-click on the keynote you will bring up the text editor. If you double click the text in the editor you will get the field dialog box. In the field dialog box you should be able to change the field from uppercase to title case.or lowercase.
If you have multiple to do you can type Field and navigate to each keynote and change the case.
Hope this works in ADT

Some see the glass as half full, others as half empty. As an engineer I see the glass as twice as big as it needs to be. ~Unknown~
Don't we have a "Change Case" tool now? I thought I saw something about this before here. A simple little routine that will change all text to either all caps or all lower case. I'm not sure if it works on keynotes, but it's a thought. Hope this helps.
Right-Click on the keynote annotation tool on the Tool Palette, Choose Properties.
Single-Click in the 'Default Text' field, it says something like, "?RefKey - ?RefNote"
Right-Click on the same and choose 'Edit Field'.
This is where you can change the default setting of what you see, and the case of your keynote.
Click OK to save your changes.

THis is killing me.
Thanks for the info, however I have edited the field for the keynote annotation but this does not work as I do not show text on the leader but in the Reference Keynote Legend. So this has no affect on my legend.
When I started using the keynotes about a year ago I had a series of projects that the client wanted uppercase and I seem to remember changing the keynote legends to show this. Now I want to change it back and I can't remember what I did. FYI, the text was entered in sentence case.
Any help?
THanks.
Cliff
I see no easy fix for that. May be we'll get some other input.
Good Luck.
