Level Head Annotation - Strange issue with Graphic

I have only one Symbol loaded in my project for the "Level Head" It is one that shows a "target"

the symbol is a black target.

I have only one "Level Type"

so, 1 Level type and 1 level symbol (Image 02)

I have one section showing 4 levels...all 4 are the same "level type" using the same "level symbol"

Why are 2 of them black and 2 of them blue? (Image 01)

BTW, all views showing levels have the same blue targets and black targets...

Anyone has an explanation?

If the target is black, that means there is no associated view for that level.

You can create one from the view menu.

If you copy a level in section/elevation, no view is automatically created for that level.
