    Cool pline view ports

Polyline viewports are quite a hassle on line types when plotting. In the past, threads were posted concerning this but I am not sure if an answer was ever found. "Here answer, answer, answer. C'mere answer."
The only resolution I have found was to align multiple rectangular viewports. Until 2004 even that was a task. Is there a way to use a Pline viewport successfully?

Maybe I don't understand the question.

I use pline mview windows all the time. I usually create a rectangle, then change it to an mview window with the MVIEW command. I've even experimented with cirlces and arcs in the window. No problems.

I'm using Land Enabled Map 2004.
