Default Creating a CEILING PLAN from a Duplicated FLOOR PLAN

I am back working on a project that was used to get familiar with Revit a few months back. I duplicated the floor plan and modify Crop Region in order to do a plan detail of the Toilet Rooms (this was before I learned of Callouts). Now that I am doing Construction Documents of this project, I need to do a Reflective Ceiling Plan of the Toilet Rooms. When I go to new RFC, those duplicated plans are not an option. How do I get these duplicated plans as an option for RFC?

Either duplicate a ceiling plan and crop it the same as the plan view, or make a RCP callout on the ceiling plan in the same area as the enlarged plan..
