I got about a year ago a new system with an ATI Radeon card. There was an issue with OpenGL. I've always felt proper drivers should be able to solve that problem but ATI never released one that dealt with the problem. From the Augi forum I learned that Autodesk products and ATI Video cards together was asking for trouble. A month later I've changed to NVidia Quadro. I've never had any regrets for about that. Even Windows itself appears to run faster with the NVidia.
