Options not allowing me to change

I have some options set up for a project and it will not allow me to change from the primary to make another primary.
I have an error message no matter which option I try. The only thing that changes is the ID number of the element in question for each option.
I am attaching a BMP file to show what the error is.

The error message mentions an element with id 327017. By the time it is displaying the error message that element has already been deleted, so it doesn't tell you anything more about it. Try this. Before Make Primary, use Tools I Element Ids to find out which element 327017 is. That might give a clue about what's going wrong. Unfortunately, it is possible that this element is only created after the Make Primary operation is begun, in which case you won't be able to find out anything about it.
