DWF & design review

Has anybody manged to successfully export a DWF from revit 9.1, opened the DWF in Autodesk Design Review 2007, add mark & then linked the marked up DWF back into Revit? Everything seems to go fine, but when you link back into Revit 9.1 there is a page shift! & all the linked red-line mark up has moved compared with the original marked up DWF.
