Multiple wall type legends

Do I have to duplicate my wall type legend to place in various plans I have or is there a smart way to use the one legend in multiple plan views?

Legends can be placed on multiple sheets.

After placing legend in 1st sheet it isn't available in the add view list, but you can drag the legend from the browser into multiple sheets. Great.

I agree that is a great tip -- and was exactly the info I needed. But here's my question: how did you interpolate that from Scott's answer? I'll assume you hit F1 but am I missing a link somewhere in his reply?
