    Default Window trim-exterior

Is there a way to add window trim to a window style that will show in plan and model?
example: I want a 1"x6" window trim wrap around the whole of the window ( top, bottom, sides).

I'm not on my ADT computer right now, so I can't check my terminology, but what you want to do is go to the window style and make the frame six inches wide and an inch thicker than your overall wall thickness. There might be a way to position the window frame flush to the interior wall in the style, but I don't think so. If not, when you place the window in the wall you can then right click on it and choose the reposition within wall option where you can move the interior side of the frame flush with the interior of the wall and then the exterior frame will protrude an inch.

There are a few ways to achieve this but the method Wayfare discribed is probably the easiest, you can also use custom profiles on door/win assem style or use opening end caps in the wall style
