My wife and I have a quilting business for which we us Autosketch9. We are getting a fatal error when we start a drawing and the program will shut down. does anyone have any experience with this program.

I picked up autosketch 9 a month ago and it's working fine for me so far. Are you running any programs at the same time? It could be you don't have enough memory to run it. I've this happen when i'm running too many programs at once.

Try a Repair before doing an unistall-reinstall. Also check Windows Uodate for any patches to dotNet frameworks that have not been applied
