filters and worksets?

I have a project where one user create a filter, but when i try to access the filter, it is unavailable. we have saved to central and still doesn't show. i can open a view with the filter applied, and that shows, but if i try to add another filter in that view, the origianl filter that i want to access is not there.

Is this a limitation on filters? i would not think that they are user specific, but it seems to be that way.

Same here, i didnt test on 9.1 yet though

i did it on 9.1, so i guess this anomoly is moving thru the version.

Can anyone else confirm this? Factory can this be fixed?
